The 90° transverse V air-cooled, E5+ twin cylinder with titanium intake valves and variable timing ensures fast response no matter what the speed. The electronics package makes the most of the 6-axis inertial platform withABS Cornering and Traction Control and it comes with four riding modes designed to make the most of all conditions. Choose from Road, Sport, Rain and the indispensable Off-road that enables you to adjust traction control.
At a height of 830 mm, the tapered saddle means you can easily rest your feet on the ground and also adopt a dynamic but comfortable riding position. A reduced dry weight of 209 kg also contributes to giving you perfect control over the bike both on- and off road. Further assistance comes in the form of spoked rims with sculpted tread tubeless tyres, suspension with 170 mm travel, and ground clearance of 210 mm from the engine.
The V85 TT is also authentic when it comes to style and its evocative look is destined to excite before you even hop astride. The boldness of the two-tone colour schemes and red frame and shock absorber (with adjustable preload) combine with offroad features such as the aluminium sump plate and protective hand guards.
On top of the easy-to-read, user-friendly 5” TFT colour instrument panel and full-LED lighting package, the V85 TT features four Riding Modes (Sport, Road, Rain and Off-Road), a 6-axis inertial platform, Cornering ABS and Traction Control. Last but not least, Cruise Control lets you set a speed that is activated with a press of a button and then maintained without needing to use the accelerator, leaving you free to focus on your trip.
Cross-spoked wheels with 17” and 19” sculpted tread tubeless tyres ensure the V85 TT delivers as much fun as it does performance on every type of surface.
The V85 TT is fitted with a shock absorber with adjustable preload knob which can be adapted as per your preference for an impeccable riding experience.
The engine is the mighty 90° transverse V air-cooled, E5+ 850-cc twin cylinder, with pushrod distribution and rocker arm plus two valves per cylinder. Variable timing offers gutsy torque, even at low speeds (90% of torque available at 3500 rpm) and max power of 80 horsepower at 7750 rpm. Ride-by-Wire accelerator control delivers impeccable feeling.
The V85 TT’s precise braking comes courtesy of a combination of a Brembo monobloc radial calliper up front and single Ø260-mm disc at the back, meaning you can enjoy every kilometre in absolute safety.
